Our last Team PhotoTFM Ball 2022
Team photos are always so hard to take when we have 25 on the Team and there’s never a case where we are all at work at once. This is the most recent one taken two years ago. Since then, three of the girls have had babies (two boys and a girl) and three of the of the Team have left TFM . . . Michael was in New Zealand last we heard, Alex returned to a career in education. We raised over £3,500 and had an amazing night.
Family Run Business
We have three generations working for TFM. Frank, Managing Director who is based mainly at home now, Nikki his daughter is responsible for the day to day management of the business on site. Her daughter Louise is now runs the office for the hire side of the business.
Our Mission
To always be the local family business that goes the extra mile. Whether its to carry your heavy bags to the car, order in a specific product or give advice to help. If you can't see what you need, just ask. If we can't order it in we will try and recommend another business who can supply the product you need.
Animal Welfare
Several of our staff have been involved with animal rescue charities and the ethos of TFM is very strongly based around animal welfare. We work hard to provide the right advice on nutrition, healthcare and enrichment and we donate to various local animal charities too.

I have been into your shop twice in the last month seeking advice for my Labrador who is nearly two. She suffers with sore ears and has some dry/sore patches on her side with hair loss. After speaking to Nikki she advised us to change her food onto your own make, well what a difference. I have a new dog, much calmer, more content and relaxed, her ears are getting better and fingers crossed her skin too, so I would just like to say a big thank you Nikki for your help and guidance see you again very soon

Been buying our raw food from here for a couple of months now. They are so incredibly helpful, even letting me order the food and putting it behind the counter so my partner can pick it up during his lunch break! The customer service is amazing, the dogs love the food and they sell a great range of natural dog chews too! One of the best places to go now for dog food and treats!

Always willing to go the extra mile and the hire equipment is always good and serviced so does the job unlike other hire companies out there. The hire prices are very reasonable as well great company great service keep it up.
